Cheela is one of the best breakfast dish. It is quick to make, nutritious, tasty and prepared in so many different ways. Beta glucan from Oats and proteins from the chick pea flour keeps you full plus the fibre from raw jackfruit flour, gives the required fibre to maintain the sugar levels, prevents insulin resistance. The spices added to the mix are a good anti-inflammatory in nature. Adding tomato puree/spinach puree will make it more nutritious. So now the breakfast can never be boring and monotonous....

Make batter by adding water or butter milk and keep aside for half an hour and make thin cheela on iron griddle serve with mint chutney or any chutney of choice or pickle

To raise a refund/return claim, please send an email to pallavi@nuttyyogi.com. Your email must contain name of the product, the order ID, Invoice Number along with a detailed description of the nature of the claim. This must be done within 3 days of receipt of the product.
