RECIPE:-

  • 1 cup Beetroot julienned
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 1/4 cup Amaranth Seeds from Nutty Yogi (Rajgira) puffed
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds (Til seeds) toasted
  • 2 tablespoons Basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Dried Figs or soft dates chopped
  • 2 tablespoons salted peanuts from Nutty Yogi

Dressing -

  • 2 tablespoons Tahini
  • 1.5 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey Salt and pepper to taste
