Here is my go-to recipe for delicious sugarless ragi laddoos.β£Β β£ ππππππππ πππππβ£ β£ ππ§π π«πππ’ππ§ππ¬: β£ β 2 tbsp gheeβ£ β 3/4 cupΒ @nuttyyogiΒ ragi (finger millet) flourβ£ β 3/4 cup hazelnuts/almondsβ£ β 1 cup mix of dried apricots, figs and berriesβ£ β 3/4 cup dates (deseeded and chopped)β£ β£ ππππ‘π¨π:β£ 1) Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan and add ragi flour.β£ 2) Dry roast for 10-15mins till it becomes fragrant and changes colour.β£ 3) Let it cool.β£ 4) Add the nuts to a blender and process it finely.β£ 5) Add the mix of dates, figs, apricots, berries and process them till it combines to a crumbly texture.β£ 6) Add this to the Ragi flour and mix well.β£ 7) Take a tablespoon of the mixture and form Laddoos. β£ 8) Store in an air-tight container and enjoy.β£ β£ This recipe is loaded with nutrients and helps to build your immune system.
