Ingredients

  • Water, as required
  • ¼ cup carrot, grated
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp oil or ghee for cooking

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Nutty Yogi Oats & Chickpea Cheela Mix with water to make a smooth, lump-free batter.
  2. Add grated carrot and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
  3. Let the batter rest for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan or tawa and lightly grease it with oil or ghee.
  5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it into a thin circle.
  6. Cook on medium heat until the edges turn crisp and golden.
  7. Flip and cook the other side until fully cooked.
  8. Serve hot with mint chutney, tomato chutney, or curd.
