A wholesome twist on the classic dosa, this Protein Masala Dosa is made with sprouted moong and Nutty Yogi Gluten Free Super Lite Flour for a nourishing, protein-rich meal that's both delicious and satisfying.

Ingredients

For the Dosa Batter
  • 1 cup sprouted moong
  • 1–2 green chillies
  • 1 tsp rock salt
  • ½ cup Nutty Yogi Gluten Free Super Lite Flour
  • Water, as required
For the Filling
  • ½ cup onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup capsicum, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup paneer, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp oil

Method

Prepare the Batter
  1. Add sprouted moong, green chillies, rock salt, and a little water to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add Nutty Yogi Gluten Free Super Lite Flour and blend again to form a smooth, pourable dosa batter.
Prepare the Filling
  1. In a bowl, combine onion, capsicum, and crumbled paneer.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Make the Dosa
  1. Heat a non-stick tawa and lightly grease it.
  2. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it into a thin circle.
  3. Cook until the base turns golden.
  4. Place the prepared filling on one half of the dosa.
  5. Fold and cook for another minute until crisp.

Serving Suggestion

Serve hot with coconut chutney, mint chutney, or your favorite dip.
