Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutty Yogi Multi Millet Sattu Mix
  • ¼ cup powdered jaggery
  • 2–3 tbsp warm ghee
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds or mixed seeds
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder

Method

  1. Add the Nutty Yogi Multi Millet Sattu Mix to a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in the powdered jaggery and cardamom powder.
  3. Add the chopped nuts and seeds.
  4. Pour in the warm ghee gradually and mix well until the mixture comes together.
  5. Take small portions and shape them into round laddoos using your palms.
  6. Allow them to rest for 10–15 minutes before serving.
