Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutty Yogi Healthy Multigrain Cheela Mix
  • Water, as required
  • 2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp Nutty Yogi Organic Cold Pressed Mustard Oil
  • Salt, to taste (optional)

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine Nutty Yogi Healthy Multigrain Cheela Mix with water to make a smooth batter.
  2. Add onion, tomato, capsicum, and green chilli. Mix well.
  3. Let the batter rest for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Heat a tawa or skillet and lightly grease it with Nutty Yogi Organic Cold Pressed Mustard Oil.
  5. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread gently into a round cheela.
  6. Cook on medium heat until the edges begin to crisp and the underside turns golden.
  7. Flip and cook the other side until fully done.
  8. Serve hot with chutney, curd, or a drizzle of Nutty Yogi Chilli Oil.
