Ingredients

For the Cheela
  • 1 cup Nutty Yogi Power Protein Cheela Mix
  • Water, as required
  • 1 tsp oil or ghee
For the Filling
  • ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup capsicum, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes (optional)

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix Nutty Yogi Power Protein Cheela Mix with water to form a smooth, lump-free batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it.
  3. Pour the batter and spread it into a thin, round cheela.
  4. Cook until lightly golden on both sides. Prepare two cheelas.
  5. On one cheela, spread the onion, capsicum, sweet corn, and grated cheese evenly.
  6. Sprinkle mixed herbs and chilli flakes.
  7. Place the second cheela on top to form a sandwich.
  8. Cook on low heat for 2–3 minutes, pressing gently until the cheese melts.
  9. Slice into halves and serve hot.
