MAKE HEALTHY AND EASIEST MAKHANA NAMKEEN Using Nutty Yogi's Phool Makhana.

RECIPE:-

  • Take 2 spoon ghee Add Cashew, almonds and roast until golden brown
  • Add chopped dried coconut and saute for 1 minute and keep it aside
  • Take ghee again
  • Add makhana hai saute for 3-4 minutes on medium flame and keep it aside
  • Take little ghee Add cornflakes and saute it for 1-2 minutes and keep aside
  • In the leftover ghee add curry leaves and chana dal
  • Saute unti it becomes golden brown
  • Add chaat masala, black pepper powder, red chilli powder and salt
  • Now add roasted dry fruits, cornflakes and makhana
  • Mix well and enjoy.
