  • 1cup Black Rice Khichdi mix 
  • 1small onion
  • 2-3 Green Chillies
  • Handful Coriander
  • 1inch Ginger
  • Optional: Curry Leaves/Red Chillies/Garlic
  • Rinse and soak 6-8hours.
  • Grind with rest of the ingredients to a smooth paste adjusting water.
  • Add salt.
  • You can use it immediately or even after 3-4hours for better texture of dosa.
  • Enjoy with chutney/curry!
