A simple raw banana stir fry recipe flavored with some spices and sweetness of freshly grated coconut. Made this using the wide and diverse range of organic products from Nutty Yogi. I have used Nutty Yogi's Organic cold pressed coconut oil, Organic chana dal, and Byadagi chillies.

Recipe:-

  • 5 raw bananas
  • 1/4 cup chana dal
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut
  • 3 bedgi chilli
  • 2 tbsp coconut Oil
  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp white urad dal
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp garlic 2 green chillies 6-8 curry leaves
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp jaggery
  • Small lemon sized tamarind (Soak in hot water and use tamarind extract)
  • Salt, as required

• Peel and chop the raw bananas. Keep the chopped bananas in water.

• Soak the chana dal for 15-20 minutes.
