1/4 tin condensed milk
1/2 cup sugar / jaggery / coconut sugar powder
1/4cup milk + 5-6 tbsp
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 Pinch pink salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter
1 1/4 Nutty Yogi Gluten-free baking flour
1 tsp vanilla essence

In a bowl mix Gluten free baking flour , baking soda, salt and baking powder. Keep it aside . Preheat oven at 200 degrees C for 10 mins . In a different bowl beat sugar and butter with a hand blender . In that add condensed milk and milk 1/4 cup and beat again . Slowly start adding the flour mixture 2 tablespoons at a time and keep beating till you add all the flour . Now add 5-6 tablespoons of milk . Gluten free cake batter needs to be slightly more on the liquid side than normal cake batter . Add vanilla essence and beat the cake mixture for 3-4 mins with the help of hand blender. Line the baking tin with parchment paper and put the cake batter. In preheated oven ( 200 degrees C )place the cake tin . After 5 mins reduce the heat to 180 degrees C and bake the cake for 40-45 mins and your Gluten free eggless cake is ready ! Leave it in the oven for 15-20 mins . After that take it out of the oven and let it cool completely. Enjoy the delicious Gluten-free cake 🥰
