Try this delicious baked Gulab Jamun & Rasgulla with thandai butter.


Instructions :

  • Take some milk in a bowl & add a dollop of thandai butter.
  • Microwave for a minute & then give it a good whisk.
  • Make sure it's a thick creamy consistency.
  • Take gulab jamuns &/or rasgulla's squeeze out the sugar syrup from it.
  • Layer it up in a baking or ceramic bowl.
  • Add the milk mixture & bake it at 160° C for 10 mins.
  • Then crank it up to 200°C for about 5 mins or till the above layer browns.
  • Garnish with silver wark, rose petals & slivered almonds.
  • Serve hot.
