Quinoa tikki chaat a perfect snack for a rainy evening.


  • 2 boiled and peeled potatoes
  • 1 cup cooked and cooled quinoa
  • 1 onion, ginger, coriander leaves, green chilli - all chopped fine
  • 2 tbsp oats flour Spices: carom and nigella seeds, dried fenugreek leaves, red chili powder, garam masala, aamchur, dhania, jeera and salt.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Wet your palms and take a ball of 1.5 inch and shape it into tikkis.
  • Fry on a tawa in a little bit of olive or avocado oil (i use avocado).
  • Cook on both sides till golden brown.
  • Add tikki dhaniya chutney, meethi imli chutney, sev or bhujia, pyaaz and enjoy!
