Baked yogurt is my all time favourite dessert and this time we made it with twist of ragi vermicelli and it turned out amazing.


  1. 1 tbsp Ragi vermicelli
  2. 1 tbsp jaggery powder
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 1 cup yoghurt
  5. 1 cup condensed milk
  6. 1/2 tbsp Cardamom powder

For Garnish:

Almond silver Saffron thread Hot water for baking
