Enjoy this healthy and nutritious recipe

1cup Black Rice Khichdi mix Nutty Yogi
1small onion
2-3 Green Chillies
Handful Coriander
1inch Ginger
Optional: Curry Leaves/Red Chillies/Garlic


1.Rinse and soak 6-8hours.
2.Grind with rest of the ingredients to a smooth paste adjusting water.
3.Add salt.
4.You can use it immediately or even after 3-4hours for better texture of dosa.
5.Enjoy with chutney/curry!
