These lavender overnight oats have a slight undertone of lavender which is not at all overpowering and it’s so versatile, it will be perfect with any fruit you have available at home.


  • Boil some milk and into the hot milk, add in the lavender buds and coconut sugar. Whisk till the sugar dissolves and set aside to infuse till the milk cools. 
  • In a jar, add in the oats and chia seeds and lightly combine.
  • Once the milk has cooled, strain in the milk and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 
  • Eat as is, or top with fruits and nuts as shown.
  • Follow up with a dollop of peanut butter and enjoy!
