Ground spices (Coriander, Cumin,Red Chilli powder) - 1/2 tsp each
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Ghee -2 - 3 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Water as required to make the dough
For Paneer Bhurji
Grated paneer
Green peas
Chopped onion, chopped tomato, ginger garlic paste, ground spices, tomato sauce, salt and cream
Method: For making the Tartlets, combine all the ingredients to make a soft dough. Roll out and bake on tart moulds as shown in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 mins. Make the Paneer bhurji stuffing as shown in the video.
