Recipe:

  • 1 Cucumber, grated
  • 2 Cups of Nutty Yogi Missi Atta
  • 1 Onion, chopped Coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli paste
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp carom seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • 1 tsp White sesame seeds Oil, for frying
  1. Mix all the ingredients except white sesame seeds and oil. Add water if required 2. Keep the batter aside for 15 minutes. 
  2. On a wet cloth, spread the batter with wet hands.
  3. Heat a pan and apply oil on the pan.
  4. Transfer the thalipeeth on the pan. Fry on both sides till brown.
  5. Serve with white butter or chutney.
