  • Whisk 3 egg yolks together
  • 100g sweetener of choice (Maltitol)
  • 90g melted butter
  • 1/4 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 90g Almond Flour
  • 180g melted sugar free chocolate
  • Some milk to loosen the batter
  • 3 egg whites whisked well
  • Add gently don't over mix
  • Pour into moulds and bake at 170 degree for 25-30 min
  • Garnish with cream cheese frosting and strawberries
