  • Ajwain
  • Ghee
  • Salt (for sattu stuffing)
  • Ghee
  • Saunf & Jeera (whole)
  • Ginger Paste
  • Mixed Masala (Hing, haldi, jeera, amchur, lal mirch powder, salt)
  • Sattu
  • Water
  • Ghee for brushing  

Method:

  • For the dough, mix the flours, ajwain, salt & ghee. It should have the texture of sand.
  • Add water & form a tight dough. Keep it aside.
  • For the stuffing, heat some ghee & add in the tempering.
  • Next, the ginger paste, masala, sattu & cook till the masala cooks.
  • Add water, & mix till it roughly comes together.
  • You can take small portions for each kachori & make balls out of it.
  • Next, prepare the kachoris by taking a portion of the dough, stuffing it with the filling, & flattening it.
  • Brush it with Ghee & Preheat & bake until done.
