This pizza makes 7 slices, 90 calories per slice. 

  • 1 whole egg [80 cals] 
  • 30g oat flour Nutty Yogi [120 cals] 
  • 100g low fat yoghurt [60 cals]
  • oregano & garlic powder • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • mix and bake in the oven for 17-18 mins @ 200C 
  • add 3 tsp of pizza sauce (40 cals) 
  • add 2 spoon Mayo [60 cals]
  • add 50g of lean cooked chicken ( or any protein of choice) [120g cals]
  • add veggies [50 - 70 cals]
  • add 2 slices of cheese [120 cals]
  • After adding the cheese, put it in the oven for another 2-3 minutes till the cheese melts & it’s ready 😍
