They say Almonds are the food for the brain. Full of natural oils and unspoilt, these are a gift of nature. We bring you one more way of adding this superfood to your daily diet.
Bake with this unblanched, natural almond flour or simply make a gluten free roti with it. Any which ways you are getting a super dose of health.
RECIPE:
Ingredients
Add 1 cup almond flour
Pour in 2 to 3 tbsp Honey / Maple syrup
Mix well
If the mixture in not coming together add ½ tbsp water and bind it properly
Form small balls of the dough
Place them on parchment paper
Top it up with some black currant or form some designs with the fork
Bake it at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
