  • To 1/4 cup of unsalted butter(I used ghee i.e. clarified butter)
  • Add 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of almond flour from @nuttyyogi
  • 1/2 cup of gluten free baking flour from @nuttyyogi
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips, a splash of milk
  • Mix it all together and shape into 8 round balls and press down slightly.
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for anywhere between 8 to 10 mins.
  • Cool completely and enjoy!
