It’s a very interesting recipe and we have used some amazing products by nutty Yogi


  1. Pure Cow Ghee 2 tbsp
  2. Chad Masala
  3. Sliced Onions
  4. Sauté Till Translucent
  5. Ginger Green chilly Paste
  6. Add in Whole Cranberries
  7. Sauté it For a While
  8. Add in Salt, Turmeric powder & Garam masala
  9. Spread an Even layer Of rice
  10. Top it up With kesar Water
  11. Cover & cook For 5 minutes
  12. Top it up With sautéed Dry fruits & cranberries
