RECIPE:-

  • 1/2 cup ghee.
  • 3/4 powdered sugar.
  • Mix until it turns white and fluffy.
  • Now add 1 tsp vanilla essence(optional), 1 cup maida, 2 tbsp suji, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt.
  • Mix well and form a dough ( add more ghee if required)
  • Make small cookies add dry fruits and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 mins.
