Recipe:

1.5 cups nutty yogi whole wheat atta

1 cup nutty yogi sattu protein mix

1 wohle grated onion Half cup cilantro

1tsp finely chopped green chilli

1tsp jeera 1tsp turmeric powder

1tsp red chilli powder

1tsp ginger garlic paste Salt according to taste

 

Method:

Start by mixing the dry ingredients; which is the wheat atta, sattu protien mix and all the spices in a bowl.

Put in the grated onion, chopped cilantro and the green chillies and give it a mix. Gradually add water and mix until dough consistancy and knead it thoroughly.

Let the dough rest for 3-5 minutes. Finally, put a tawa or a flat pan over medium flame and cook the paratha by applying a little ghee over it.

Press a little and cook the paratha from both sides until golden brown in colour. Your Sattu Ka Paratha is ready, Best paired with Nutty yogi Jackfruit Pickle.
