These pakoda are made with grated potatoes and gram flour along with a few spices. This is such a quick recipe for your snack time. Feel the crunch at every bite.


  • Grate 3-4 potatoes and rinse it with water
  • Drain it and add to a mixing bowl
  • Add two tsp besan and one tsp rice flour
  • Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, amchur powder, and ajwain
  • Now add chopped green chillies and fresh coriander leaves
  • Give it a good mix add water if required
  • Deep fry on low medium flame until crip
  • Serve hot with ketchup
