  1. Grate 3-4 potatoes and rinse it with water
  2. Drain it and add to a mixing bowl
  3. Add 2tbsp besan and 1tbsp rice flour
  4. Salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, red chilli powder, amchur powder and 1/2 tsp ajwain.
  5. Now chopped green chillies and fresh coriander leaves
  6. Give it a good mix, add water if required
  7. Deep fry on low medium flame until crisp
  8. Serve hot with tomato ketchup
