Try this super crunchy easy snack for your diwali party. I have made these with zero oil in air fryer, but they can be deep fried or made in appe pan also.


  • 1 cup Ragi vermicelli by @nuttyyogi
  • 1 cup semolina (sooji)
  • 1 onion chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup carrots chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper chopped fine
  • 1 green chillies chopped fine
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Water about 100-150ml (to be added in increments)


  • Dry roast vermicelli and suji.
  • Mix with veggies and spices.
  • Add water and mix till holds shape.
  • Roll into spheres and airfry at 180 degrees for 15-20 min or deep fry as per choice.
