Ingredients:-

  • 3/4 cup Nutty Yogi Multimillet flour
  • 1/4 cup Sattu powder
  • 1/4 cup Nutty Yogi Jaggery powder
  • 3 tbsp Nutty Yogi Ghee
  • 2 tbsps Sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp Cashewnuts
  • 2 tbsp Almonds
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder


Method:

  • Roast all the nuts and seeds . When cool grind them with Jaggery into powder form .
  • Heat Ghee in a pan . Roast the Multimillet flour and Sattu powder on low flame till aromatic .
  • Add cardamom powder and nuts-seeds mixture and saute a bit and switch off the heat .
  • When the mixture is still warm make ladoos with your hands which are ghee smeared. Enjoy.


* Store these ladoos in airtight container for future use . Lasts upto 15-20 days .
