Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup multi millet flour @nuttyyogi
  • 3/4 cup jaggery
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts
  • 1 tbsp melon seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp ghee

Method

  • 2 Tbsp cow ghee
  • 1 1/2 cup multi millet flour
  • Saute for 10-12 minutes
  • 2 Tbsp chopped nuts
  • 1 Tbsp melon seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp cardamom powder
  • Mix well
  • 3/4 cup organic jaggery powder
  • Let the jaggery melt pour it in the flour mixture and combine well
  • Make Laddos
  • Let it cool down for 2-3 hrs and store it in airtight container.
