Millet Kulfi Bites using products from Nutty Yogi ✨
Yes, you heard it right, creamy kulfis that too without any sugar, made with healthy multi millet flour, ghee and sweetened with jaggery! Yes, tasty can be healthy!♥️
With this festive season and after all those heavy meals, I always crave for something sweet, be it ice cream or any mithai. These kulfis are absolutely guilt free and will surely become your instant favourite once you try it! ♥️
Ingredients:
✨2 tbsp a2 bilona pure cow ghee
✨2-3 tbsp multi millet flour
✨1 and 1/2 cup milk
✨2 tbsp organic jaggery powder
✨1 tsp cardamom powder
✨2 tbsp saffron soaked milk
✨Chopped nuts of your choice
✨Garnish - silver leaves, chopped pistachios, rose petals
Recipe:
✨Roast multi millet flour ghee until golden. Add milk part by part and cook until creamy.
✨Add jaggery and mix. Add cardamom powder, saffron milk and chopped nuts and mix well.
✨Allow it to cool a little and then transfer it to ice tray or paper cups as shown. Cover with aluminium foil and insert toothpicks/ bamboo stick and let it freeze overnight. Garnish with silver leaves, chopped pistachios and rose petals and its ready!
