Try out these Bite Sized, Gluten free, MAKHANA CHEESE BITES this festive season.
Cheesy, crispy from outside, soft from inside, I am sure these treats are gonna be a favourite for everyone. I have used Nutty Yogi 's Makhana & Besan here.

Recipes:-

  • Makhana
  • Boiled, mashed potatoes
  • Grated Cheese
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Oregano
  • Besan
  • Oil to Fry

Method:-

  • Roast the Makhanas until crisp, & powder it.
  • Take Boiled, Mashed Potatoes in a mixing bowl. I have already added Salt while boiling the potatoes.
  • Add Grated Cheese, Chilli Flakes, Oregano, Powdered Makhana, Besan & form a dough out of it.
  • Flaten the dough into a surface, & cut it into your desired shape.
  • Fry it, until crisp & serve.
