Bengalis are fond of sweets. But most sweets are made of sugar and maida . So I decided to try one of the famous Bengali sweet Lobongolotika with a healthy twist. Trust me it came out so so good. i replaced maida with Nutty Yogi multi millet flour & sugar with Nutty Yogi jaggery. Also for frying I used ghee from Nutty Yogi .



  • Boil water & add 4-5 tsp jaggery powder. let it dissolve & keep it aside to cool.
  • Now add ghee with @nuttyyogi multi millet flour . Mix & knead the dough.
  • Now make a small poori . Add dry fruit filling. Cover it as per video. Seal it with a clove .
  • Fry it in ghee .
  • Now dip & coat it with jaggery syrup.
  • Garnish & enjoy .
