These pakoda are made with grated potatoes and gram flour along with a few spices. This is such a quick recipe for your snack time. Feel the crunch at every bite.

Grate 3-4 potatoes and rinse it with water
Drain it and add to a mixing bowl
Add two tsp besan and one tsp rice flour
Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, amchur powder, and ajwain
Now add chopped green chillies and fresh coriander leaves
Give it a good mix add water if required
Deep fry on low medium flame until crip
Serve hot with ketchup
