These fusion cupcakes are treat to eyes and soul!
Just loved the Indian flavours of Saffron from @nuttyyogi & fennel seeds.
The cupcakes were melt in mouth and centre filled with my favourite Gulab Jamun

3/4th cup castor sugar
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup curd & 1/2 cup water
Mix everything well
Soak few strands of ksar in lukewarm milk
Add 1.5 cup all purpose flour in wet mixture
Add 1 tsp baking powder & 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
pour the milk kesar mixture and mix well
Put it in the mould half and put in a mini gulab jamun again pour some mixture on top of it and bake at 170 degrees in preheated oven for 15 mins
