No chocolate can ever replace our Indian desserts so for this festive day I just enjoyed making this delicious and very creamy Doodhi Halwa using very amazing desi ghee from Nutty Yogi.


  • In a pan add 1/2 cup Nutty Yogi cow ghee
  • Add 2-3 cardamom pods and cook it for few seconds
  • Add 1/2 cup sooji/rawa and roast it on low flame (make sure you don't brown the sooji)
  • Add 1.5 cup of milk slowly and keep stirring
  • Once it thickens add 1/2 cup sugar Mix well and cook for a while till it leaves the side of the pan
  • And its ready
