  • 1 tbsp Desi ghee
  • 1 cup makhana
  • Roast till it is crispy
  • Take the roasted makhana in a bowl and top it with some boiled potatoes, sweetened curd
  • Sprinkle some roasted cumin powder and chaat masala
  • Drizzle some dates and tamarind chutney, spicy coriander chutney
  • Add in some sev and chopped coriander
  • Drizzle some more chutney to finish up and enjoy!!
