Crunchy, healthy and super yummy! Am I missing anything?? Oh yeah! Easy!! The easiest snack for this diwali that's unique and you don't have to worry about gluttony. So here's how its done:-

RECIPES:-

  • Into 1tsp of ghee, roast 1.5 cups of Phool Makhana from Nutty Yogi and keep aside.
  • Into another tsp of ghee add 1 tbsp of water and 3/4 cup of powdered jaggery from Nutty Yogi and let it come to a nice boil.
  • Add the roasted makhanas at this point and continue mixing it until all the makhanas are completely coated with the caramel.
  • Switch off the flame and empty onto a lined tray and let it cool (takes about 5 to 7 mins at most)
