Delicious and healthy Besan laddoos made with organic products.


  • Yields 12 laddoos 
  • 1 cup besan 
  • 3/4 cup jaggery powder 
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder 
  • 1/4 cup melted ghee
  • 1 tsp charoli for garnishing


  • Dry roast basen until slightly brown and gives nutty aroma.
  • Stir continuously on low flame. 
  • Add powder jaggery and cardamom powder. 
  • Also add melted ghee and mix well. 
  • Once slightly cool and easy to handle make even sized laddoos. 
  • Garnish with Charoli and serve.
