When you think of Crepes, you may think that they’re unhealthy because they taste so delicious! But the fact is, you can have BOTH - tasty crepes that use wholesome and healthy ingredients that you feel good about eating.
Heat a pan and add 1 cup grapes
1/4 cup of liquid jaggery
1/2 tsp of salt
Add 2tsp grated coconut
10 to 12 cashews
Grapes compote is ready
In a blender Take 2 1/2 tsp of Nutty yogis Gluten free baking flour
Add 1 tsp of fresh Nutty Yogi Coconut flour
Powdered Mishri With cardamom.
1/4 tsp of turmeric.
1 cup of water.
Batter for crepes is ready.
Now on heated tawa and Spread this batter for crepes.
Cook it from both sides till it's Golden brown.
Take 1/2 cup of malai, add Mishri Mixture & fresh grapes.
Spread this mixture on crepes de apply some grapes compote.
Garnish it with fresh grated coconut.
Drizzle with some liquid jaggery & enjoy.
