When you think of Crepes, you may think that they’re unhealthy because they taste so delicious! But the fact is, you can have BOTH - tasty crepes that use wholesome and healthy ingredients that you feel good about eating.
  • Heat a pan and add 1 cup grapes
  • 1/4 cup of liquid jaggery
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • Add 2tsp grated coconut
  • 10 to 12 cashews
  • Grapes compote is ready
  • In a blender Take 2 1/2 tsp of Nutty yogis Gluten free baking flour
  • Add 1 tsp of fresh Nutty Yogi Coconut flour
  • Powdered Mishri With cardamom.
  • 1/4 tsp of turmeric.
  • 1 cup of water.
  • Batter for crepes is ready.
  • Now on heated tawa and Spread this batter for crepes.
  • Cook it from both sides till it's Golden brown.
  • Take 1/2 cup of malai, add Mishri Mixture & fresh grapes.
  • Spread this mixture on crepes de apply some grapes compote.
  • Garnish it with fresh grated coconut.
  • Drizzle with some liquid jaggery & enjoy.
