A yummy healthy and nutrient-dense plant based breakfast containing chia seeds ,flaxseed ,delicious mangoes and coconut milk !

RECIPE:-

  • 2 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • Set overnight for 2-3 hrs
  • Take 3 tbps rolled Oats
  • Chopped mangoes
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbsp Cococnut Sugar
  • Blend smoothly
  • Layer with Chia-Flaxseed mix
  • Pour the Mango-Coconut Milkshake
  • Top with chopped mangoes, dessicated coconut and enjoy.
