A super yum quintessential Bengali sweet.

RECIPE:-

  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 2 cup shredded coconut.
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup oil for cooking
  • Dry fruits for garnish
  • Roast together the shredded coconut & coconut sugar till golden brown
  • Make a batter with the coconut flour, rice flour, coconut milk & water. Keep aside for 10 mins.
  • Spread oil on a hot pan and add 2 laddles of the batter.
  • Swirl to spread.
  • Add the toasted shredded coconut mix.
  • Cook for 10 mins till sides turn brown.
  • Serve hot with dry fruits.
