Escape to a world of creamy indulgence with my homemade Cuban Flan de Coco, featuring Nutty yogi 's irresistible coconut milk. This tropical delight is a true masterpiece, boasting a velvety-smooth texture that glides across your palate, leaving you in awe.

RECIPE: -

  • Mix together 2 eggs, vanilla and 1 cup Nutty Yogi 's coconut milk along with a pinch of nutmeg.
  • Add condensed milk and mix further.
  • Strain it and place the batter in moulds to bake it at 350C in water bath for 45-60 min by covering each mould with aluminium foil. 
  • Once baked, cool completely and later refrigerate for at least 3 hours. The more, the better. 
  • Garnish with caramel sauce, Nutty Yogi 's coconut sugar and some shredded coconut .
