Crispy veg dumplings in flavourful and Creamy Thai Red Curry

In this recipe i have used coconut powder in veg balls And coconut milk and coconut sugar from Nutty yogi in Thai red curry.

RECIPE:-

Ingredients:

  • Vegetables of your choice
  • For making veg balls Broccoli - 1 cup
  • grated Carrot - 1 cup
  • grated Cabbage - 1 cup
  • grated Coconut powder - 3 tbsp
  • Garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Italian seasoning - 1 tsp ( optional)
  • Rice flour - 1 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • For curry Readymade Thai red curry paste - 1
  • Aubergine - 1
  • Red capsicum - 1
  • Yellow capsicum - 1
  • Green capsicum - 1
  • Onion - 1 chopped
  • Coconut milk - 1 can
