Che Choi is a warm, Vietnamese pudding-like dessert prepared using bananas and rich coconut cream, tapioca pearls. You can easily make this at home within 30 minutes!
RECIPE:-
Wash 1.5 tbsp tapioca pearls twice and soak it in 1.5 tbsp water overnight.
Peel and cut bananas then marinate (20 minutes) it in 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar to sweeten them. 1/2 cup Nendran bananas are here.
In a pan add 1/2 cup + 3.5 tbsp water. Add small piece of pandan leaf for flavouring (or a pinch of cardamom for flavouring) Allow it to boil.
