Crispy Savoury Vietnamese style Crepe packed with veggies and served with spicy sauce so good.

RECIPE:-

For Crepe :

  • 2 cups Nutty Yogi Coconut flour 1
  • cup rice flour Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Pinch of sugar 
  • Chopped spring onions
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • Add water or more coconut milk for runny consistency

For filling:

  • 1 cup mushroom
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1 tbsp spring onions
  • Salt n pepper to taste
  • 1 small onion, chopped 4-5 garlic chopped
  • Sauté with little oil .
  • Keep a side .
  • Assemble crepe with crunchy salad leaves, carrots, spring onions & coriander. Enjoy with spicy dipping sauce .
