Apricots-Coconut triangular cookies

Enjoy these triangular cookies made with a filling of Apricots-Coconut Flour and Coconut Sugar-with a little twist…Hamantaschen are often enjoyed during the Jewish festival of Purim.

RECIPE:-

• For Apricots stuffing:-
• Dice apricot
• coconut sugar
• Add salt
• coconut flour cook well and the apricot stuffing is ready

For covering:-

• Add egg
• Add salt
• Add coconut sugar
• mix well
• Add wheat flour
• Coconut milk
• Baking powder
• knead soft dough
• Roll it cut with cookie cutter put apricot stuffing
• fold and bake at 180 degree for 25 mins
