Do you still have mangoes left in your kitchen? You need to make this mango sheera before the season ends!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Nutty Yogi pure cow ghee 
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup mango pulp made using approx 2 mangoes 
  • 1 cup rava / semolina
  • 2 tbsp cashews, crushed
  • 2 cloves
  • 1/4 to 1 cup sugar, as preferred.


Procedure:

  1. Mix milk and water together and heat it. Don’t reduce. 
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and add to it rava and cloves.
  3. Fry till rava changes colour, don’t make it too dark. Check video.
  4. Add the heated milk and water mixture. Cook for 2 mins till it dries
  5. Add mango pulp, sugar and crushed cashews.
  6. Cook till it thickens as preferred.
